How long have you had the banana, Milky? I just love bougainvillea... wonderful magenta colour...I love the peachy pink ones too!

I have had the Banana now for 3 years, but I have to take it right back to 3 leaves when its time to bed it down for winter, otherwise I cant get it in here. Yes bourganvillea is gorgeous. This has had flowers on all winter and is now just beginning to leaf up again. I have recently seen a posted photo of an orange one that was beautiful........

So envious of your bourganvillea - memories of my favourite country Italy!

Lucky you Gwendas....One place I would love to visit is Rome, The Greek Islands are our favorite haunt............

I loved Rome and the Amalfi coast last May - stunning drive! Am off to Venice over Easter - been on my wish list for ages! and then to Bari and then cruising the greek islands. Can't wait! So many parts of Italy I'd love to see...
