Thankyou all. I buy bags of bulbs at the car boot sale each year and plant them. Then I forget all about them so its a nice surprise when they all come up.

mmmm...my spring flowers are barely beginning to come around...just a few daff's... tulips are so late this year...up... but no blooms..does my eyes good see your display...heart warming..thanks. :-)

What a wonderful colour combination, Celandine! especially love the peachy-pink tulips...and the touch of lavender/pink is perfect. nothing says "spring" like daffs, too. We've had a little taste of spring, lost all our snow, and the narcissus, tulips, daffs and hyacinthes are trying to rise and shine...but we are going to get snow today and temps will be well below freezing overnight for the next week according to forecast..can only hope it's wrong.
