Yes, Toto, it is flowering now. I don't know if it can be grown from seed although I think division is probably the easiest way to make new plants. It spreads out gradually. I also have a variegated version (no flowers yet) but that is still in a pot! They like shade and will grow under trees, etc.

They always seem expensive to me whenever they appear in our local garden centres, £5.99 or more for a small plant. Perhaps I am just frugal!! I bought mine with very welcome gift vouchers and on 10% off day (now sadly stopped at Wyevale).

This was one of the few useful plants already in my garden when I moved in.

Hi Gee,
Is this in flower now? It looks lovely with its shiney leaves ande its strange white flowers. I've not seen one before. Can it be grown from seed?
