Little bright color popping out all around. You've made a lovely area here.

Wow!!
The scale of your garden is just amazing to us in the UK with tiny little gardens. This area alone is almost the entire size of my plot!
Keep up the good work.

Appreciate your wonderful comments ! Everything is just starting to bud out,and green up here. It's my favorite time of the year ! It makes me feel so alive and vibrant . It's too bad those feelings don't last all year long...lol

This is lovely but then probably a little biased as looks so much like our pond - erm without the acres to go with it ..

Cool Bonkers ! Glad to know we think alike .... Now I've just gone and scared the he** out of you, didn't I ?!...lol.

That looks just beautiful, coming back to life. :-)

Thanks Spritz, nothing like a little greenery to bring a body back to life, is there ?! I feel ten years younger at the beginning of Spring, too bad that feeling doesn't last very long.... probably all those Spring chores that beat it out of me...lol

Very pretty pond! And it looks like goldfish in there! Your budding trees are much ahead of ours here in Michigan.

Thanks Charlie, we have five goldfish and two koi in the pond, good eyes !Hopefully your trees will soon be caught up with mine. Fingers crossed !

Looks Wonderful!! remember all those backaches? Now was it worth it or not??? LOL...

Yes it was....,you know me too well Lori.....lol. I'd be crazy enough to do it again...., if I HAD to....;-)

Looks like I might HAVE to...just hope it's sooner rather than later...I'm feeling my age! may have to hire a backhoe and retire my good old round mouth shovel and wheelbarrow...lol. Your pond is so natural looking with all the lovely stone (read backbreaking) work...and with your brother's sculptural addition it is just perfection... congratulations!

Awwwh Gees Lori, you're making me blush....lol, and you're much to kind too ! Hope all goes well with the sell for you too. You put so much work into your garden and have it looking so good , surely your curb appeal alone will get you enough extra money where you can afford gardeners to do your entire new yard. Isn't that a wonderful thought Lori ?! Wouldn't that be awesome, maybe even better than ice cream ! Well nothing's better than ice cream, so it will be better than what ever's next in line, after that !...lol

how 'bout a body transplant!? Or twenty years deducted from my age? ...or somebody to invent an "Instant Garden" just add water! lol.... you know something...icecream is pretty hard to beat! but that would do it...just...

OMG Lori, body transplant !! What a fantastic idea ! Wonder if there are any Rachel Welch look-alikes out there who are willing to give away certain parts of their anatomy , and donate them to the less fortunate, like ME....lol. Certainly wouldn't turn my nose up at the idea of an instant garden, just add water either. Have I told you lately you're brillant Lori !

LOL...Oh...once or twice, but who's counting? as I get older I understand Ponce de Leon so much better!

LOL...., I know what you mean ! Too bad he never found that darn fountain of youth.....;-)
