Tulipa schrenkii

Another stunning one.
Does this have a variety of colours ?

As far as I know schrenkii only comes in this colour. Surely it is strong enough for you, Terra,:-). The bright red petals with strong yellow rim. It is one of my brightest tulips.

Little plastic labels at the moment, I am afraid. A few weeks ago someone on the site spoke about writing the names on pebbles and that idea impressed me. I will try it out this summer.

But pebbles which are large enough that the birds don't kick them around and re-label everything for you. Lol....

Writing the names on pebbles sounds like a really good plan! These dwarf tulips are lovely and won't be prone to get knocked about in the wind. How long do they bloom, BH?
