I think these are brilliant, especially the carrot. I don't know if I could eat the others even if they are chocolate :)

No, you wouldn't, Sandra, you'd either eat them or export them from Wales! :-)
Wohli, they do look cute, but not to cute to eat! :-)
OMG, Lincslass! Am so glad we got the nicer Welsh exports, lol! :-)
Oh yes, you would, Gee, believe me.! We did save the spiders till last, however, as they are not really pests at all, it was almost a shame to put an end to them. :-)

O h Arlene..how kind and thoughtful of you ! Bet the kids loved them !!!
16 Apr, 2009
Never mind the kids, Bb - I love these (must find a source locally!)
I got something special, too! A bar of my favourite flavour in chocolate (chilli), and a bottle of wine (perhaps in relation to a recent blog?). Beware of what you write on the internet, lol! It may become real! :-)

Oh Yes...I'm not supposed to eat sugar treats..but made an exception for Arlene's "healthy" bars... lol...thanks again for the treats Arlene! I was musing about the tiny chocolate eggs that my wild rabbit left behind...do you think I could market them? I have heard of chocolate coated grasshoppers...heard, mind you... couldn't choke one of those down even if it had a whole Wonka bar of chocolate on it!! must admit the idea of eating chocolate maggots gave me a turn...

Arlene - we are now pest-free! : :-)
Lori - Choc-coated rabbit droppings would be a hit, so long as you say that the filling is, in fact, raisin. Do you have the chocolate "reindeer droppings" at Christmas, as have we? Oh yes, must go research current "WW" confectionery! :-)

Love these David, hope you all enjoyed them. They look quiet Moorish lol..
19 Apr, 2009
Have you eaten them all now ?
Is this how Arlene is removing the slugs from her garden ?? ;o)
23 Apr, 2009
LOL... Reindeer droppings??? mmmmm....no, thank you. ahahaha.
23 Apr, 2009
Tt - There are still a few slugs lurking in the bottom of the box - surprisingly! :-)
Lori - Not even choc-coated ones, haha? :-)

Choc coated raisins have been around a long time...interesting marketing gimmick...for easter...choc coated raisin easter bunny poop!? maybe mini malteezers would work...?
24 Apr, 2009
Well, you've got the rabbit, and, now, we're trying the maltezers.............hmmmmmmmm! gr8! This may work! $1 (or 2?) for a large "poop-scoop" of "Easter bunny dropppings" in a commemorative, wholly recyclable (re-usable?) bag! We'll be millionaires, soon! :-)

Arlene spotted these native Welsh specimens, and sent them to us, with chocolate carrots to keep them happy en-route.
Best pest control method for these? Eat them! Many Thanks, Arlene! :-)
