This is a surprisingly lovely accident! The Adjuga was a sorry little thing from B&Q that cost me all of 50p. The Heuchera I bought off the internet, but was warned by several members that it might not pull through the winter. I am pleased to report that the Ajuga has grown all round the Heuchera and it appears that is has helped protect the Heuchera. The two foliage colours seem to go well together :-)

These two definitely look good together.

This is in full sun. Again, I suspect the Adjuga is helping by shading the Heuchera's roots.

Came back to put this on my favourites.
I love the colour combination. :o)
I've just been out in my soaking front garden to check on my heucheras....
..I got confused with my previous comment..
I do still have Creme Brulee..
It's another similar colour heuchera I lost..

Thanks TT :-)
These light coloured Heucheras are not very vigorous are they. I'm hoping this one will bulk up a bit this year - didn't do much last year. Glad you've still got yours. Is it soggy in your neck of the woods today then? We've had near-terrential rain here all morning, but it's brightened up a bit now......still a lot of menacing black clouds around tho........

Yes, raining here, but at least the garden plants are enjoying the drink...
I'm trying to recall the name of the heuchera I lost.... it was another pale leaf one. There are so many now..

Hmmm...spoke too soon - it went really black and now the heavans have opened and it's tipping it down again....
Was it 'Marmalade'?

No, it was one featured on TV, that everyone was enthusing about at the flower shows a couple of years ago...
Maybe it has not proved hardy, and gone out of favour...
If I remember the name I'll put it in another comment..
