Is this honeysuckle??

Hello Whyldflower...welcome to GoY.......yes it certainly looks like Honeysuckle....does it smell like it?

Those flowers look very like honeysuckle, don't they...
As Janey says, the scent would be the big clue...

Hi Janey....yes, it did smell like it. But I thought honeysuckle was a vine. This is like a tree. I trimmed it up last fall and this year all these blooms were on it and they did smell lovely.

Hello Sanbaz, thank you. Yes it had a wonderful scent...I do beleive it is honeysuckle, I was just confused because I thought honeysucke was a vine.....

well my mum has one and flowers look like that, hers grows over fence, not sure if a vine though
