Yes Janey in about a week I reckon, this is one of the earliest cultivars, bought from Downderry Nursery who only do lavender. Their catalogue is beautiful with lots of growing tips, great winter reading

I love gardening catalogues and books to snuggle up with and dream away in the Winter.....then when Spring comes away they go and carry on as normal!...Lol

Thankyou Terra. The pigies are snug in the shed which is more than can be said for the above lavander. the 4 inches of snow we had last week has completly flattened it.......it will have to be replaced next spring. wishing you and yours all the best in 2010
