i drove through a birch wood the other day. i just love the bark all mossy on the north side....

I love the bark on these trees, mothernature has done a great job here !

Thank you all. This type of scene is all over the hillsides where this lovely birch is the main occupant. With horsetail grass so the green is like a cloud. Gets a little mystical feeling in these spots in summer. :-)
