That screening seems to blend really well with the planting Ydd, particularly the tree fern! Well designed!

Hi YDD, how do you keep you box plants so green in a pot?? I have 2 by my front door and they are looking decidedly ill compared to yours!!
I love your garden, you have such a good eye for planting/design!!
Thankyou.

Thanks Chapmann, The box, i have 4 in pots, I dont do anything special really, In fact they need some fresh compost, ill do that this year, Where they are is more shady than the rest of my garden, they only get about 3 hours of afternoon sun in summer, if that, none in winter, they get a weekly feed, same as rest of the garden and a trim once or twice a year.. and thats it :)

Beautiful layout and choice of plants however I'm more interested in the fence - Can you confirm exactly what it is you have used and did you stain or is this original colour? Many thanks.

Sorry, just seen this Pauline, its from wilkos, wicker or willow it is, i bought it this colour but i do spray it brown every year, hope this helps :)

I have just read a "weekly feed". Could you tell me what you exactly give them? I forgot to say, they look sooooo healthy. How old are they? And what do you do in the winter?

Hi wells. weekly feed is miraclegrow. If you mean the treefern i overwinter in the G/house wrapped in fleece, if you mean the box balls i leave out all year round..
