Alan ~ could you please point me in the right direction of your photos or blogs for your pictures of your blue tit nest boxes and sparrow nest boxes.
I want to fix some of these to an arbour type structure which I'll put at the side of my shed. Thanks. The boxes will be facing north. I guess that's best ?

TT, I was looking for the right information to give to you regarding the bird boxes and I believe that the best advice I can give is to direct you to the experts. Having looked at a number of websites and found which boxes suit different birds and details of how to make them I will send you a pm in the next couple of days with details of which I believe are the best. Is that ok with you?
