...that her mother was a dachshund! Sometimes I forget that Chloe isn't all Jack Russell. Her mum was a rough-coated dachshund called Stumpy (who could count!). This photo shows that Chloe has inherited the long body.

She's certainly long and lean! I worry about her not eating very much but the Vet says she is healthy :)

I think because her legs are longer than a 'real' dachshund her length doesn't show so much :)

Yes, and I think the mix of these two breeds is a key to her longevity...:o)
