Yes, I do Spritz, and they're so easy. They can self-seed a bit too much but that's a small price to pay.

I don't mind plants like this self-seeding. :-)

Unless they're in the wrong place as they root so deeply - a nuisance when they mingle with the wrong plant.

I didn't know about the deep roots, as mine have popped up in convenient places - so far! lol.

Hope they stay there then, lol.

I'd have trouble digging them out if they DID get into the wrong place!
