Hi Jane/Ray i knew u had 2 as well arent they Fab :) I love the Leafs dont u ? The flower will be a bonus when it does get some :)

Morning TT u must of commented when i replyed to BB :) They can grow quite large i believe TT & the flowers are amazing :) theyv pics o Google if ud like to see the Plant :)

Jacque...are you planting yours out this summer or over wintering in grrenhouse.Was thinking of training ours along wires to climb at the front of the cottage !

Well iv not decided what 2 do yet Jane/Ray ? Iv seen it going up a wall in a Photo iv seen on Google & it looks Fantastic :)

It is amazing they are doing so well with the soil so wet.
This plant is very widely grown here...the red, orange and
white flowered varieties are the most common...sometimes I'll see the pink variety though. They usually receive little if any water here in the Summer time.

Wow! Delonix thanx 4 the Info i didnt know they like to be on Dry side ? Best i ease off with my watering can as i thought it mite like plenty drink being a baby :/

You're welcome. I would think when they are in a pot they may need a little more water...the ones I see are established plants growing in the ground.

Hoping to plant ours out this year Delonix as looking healthy now and puting on lots of growth What do you think ?

Bonkersbon, it a pretty hardy shrub...not sure to what temperature exactly though. They are widely grown at low-elevations of California without regard to hardiness. I would definitely try it in the ground.
