These are a beautifully clear white!

I remember them on the motorways in France the first time I drove on the continent.

Thanks all for comments. Feed back is encouraging! I like the white ones best although I also have the pink. But in this climate, with the bluest of skies, the white seem more vivid and lively. On the motorways they are planted down the middle - a big jumble of colours. They prune them ruthlessly too, come along with a machine and slash them almost to the ground.

I love the white against the blue sky too!
