Hi Mamagem. That looks lovely and tidy. Welcome to GoY. Do you mind me asking where in BC you are? I'm in Kamloops. Not many of us BC'ers on here. :o)

hi mamagem, your garden looks neat and tidy,my front garden was like yours once a lawn and flower beds, now i just have a path in the middle and borders at the sides of the path , same with my back garden a path down the middle and borders at both sides .then i just cram the borders with plants. shrubs, small trees, ferns, hostas, annuals, prennials. any thing that takes your fancy, plant it, your garden will soon fill out and you will be looking for more space, the flowers you liked in my front garden were sown from a packet of french marigold seeds about six of the plants realy took off ,thats what you see, good luck with your garden,i look foward to seeing it with to many plants like mine, go for it mamagem get rid of that lawn and have all flower beds .
