Blue Cornflower

Blue Cornflower (Centaurea cyanus (Cornflower))

Blue bachelor buttons grew at the front step in the house I was born in, one which I plucked flowers from to wear on my little suits going to church. They always remind me of my mother, she loves blue. Dad loves yellow, so this year, I had a garden to remind me of them every day.

Thanks. Sun and sky, sun and water, I do always have at least a little of this combo around.

See who else is growing Centaurea cyanus (Cornflower).

See who else has plants in genus Centaurea.
