I was mistaken I do have a surviving Corydalis, just. I've weeded out a Blackberry seedling virtually taking over the spot and a Linaria. Maybe it will do better now, but I think the area is not to his liking, bakes in the summer.

Mine gets baked in the summer too and it doesn't seem to mind. but some of the others do better in a bit of shade.

Thanks for the info, on both plants. I won't try to move the Corydalis, seems a bit fragile to do so, maybe try to give it a bit of artificial shade.
