Yes, it's a shrub - mine is still quite small, but growing well. The stems are red and it's evergreen. I love it! Andrew has one - I think his is quite mature.

Very exotic Spritz.....is it tender, I think Andrew does have one.

Well, it didn't suffer at all in the winter - and I lost a number of plants, so it was hardy here. It is in a sheltered position.
