Ficus elastica 'decora' - Indian Rubber Tree

This is a large rubber tree located next to the Casa del Prado Theater, Balboa Park, San Diego, CA.
It's around 75 feet (22 meter) tall. It is one of the most common house plants in the world. It is very widely used as a landscape tree here.
