I take seed each year from both the white and the purple ones, but they do take a while to get to flowering size, even if you don't dig them up by mistake.

I take seed and sow immediately, they germinate the following spring, like now, then I plant out the pot of seedlings, leave them, forget where they are, then dig up by mistake, but all in all, they do increase .

Dawn, I collect the seed pods when they turn brown and papery and are just starting to split open, that's early summer ish. Squashing Lily Beetles as I see them!
