Beautiful....so bright and cheery, M. I'm going to be nicking so many of your plant ideas when it comes my turn to visit the GC....and I'm so impatient to get started!

Looks like Sticki recommended a real winner with this one!

Its low growing too J, and if I remember rightly it goes redder after cold weather. It also suckers, so when it does, pull it up gently and if you see roots developed cut it from main plant and stick in a pot to grow..within a few years you will have half a garden full lol!

Ok...ta M....I've made a note about getting additional plants from suckers so when I have sourced the plant I'll know what to do. :)

Lovely colour and a good size plant too. Burncoose sell some fantastic plants, not cheap though.

I didn't know that about the suckers, Tetrarch! I have a leucothoe Curly Red in a pot - I will check it out as I would like some more little plants :)
