I am amazed that they flowered this year - I didn't expect that!

Here I am crying the blues again, Spritz... lol. I have bought phlox twice and it didn't take twice... I just have to try and try again...because these are too pretty to pass up. I've had a number of perennials which flowered in the autumn... very strange... You are getting a bit of warmth are you?

Not really, it's been up to about 11 degrees C, in the daytime, but the forecast is AWFUL for the weekend onwards.

Weather is scary just about everywhere! hope the worst hold off until at least the week before Christmas...

This year, as Mum isn't here any more, we have all been invited to go up to Manchester to my daughter's in-laws. If the weather is bad, I won't be going, that's for sure!

It would be nearly miraculous if the bad weather held off beyond Christmas...but then Christmas is about miracles!
