Love these insects ... the males have larger eyes almost joined in the middle ... the females have smaller separate eyes and look more like sunglasses! .. Sorry ... I'm full of useless information at times .. lol! . . . . .

Thank you Bloomer and Shirley...they're beautiful aren't they? Sometimes they sit still for ages and sometimes they hover at eye level as if they're really looking at you!

I didn't know that about the eyes, Shirley...I had noticed differences in size and colour, but I just assumed that they were different species...Thank you! Useless information always welcome! :)
