This little alpine plant is a member of the poppy family. It grows only about 6" tall and has lots of double white flowers. Unfortunately it met with an accident on the way home and I lost the flower in a shower of white petals.

Oh, Scotsgran, that is so disappointing! Will it bud up again? I do hope so.
