Ponty's Profile

I live in South Norfolk, am aged 72 and since retiring 5 years ago I have at last able to spend some time in my 1/3 acre garden, which includes a separated, small orchard-cum-jungle which has received little attention in recent years. The "orchard" contains two plum trees (Tsar, I believe, and Victoria) a large Bramley and a Worcester, all of which respond to my past neglect with incredible crops. I have a small veg patch, which, in recent years has kept my wife and I well supplied with Runner and Broad Beans, carrots and potatoes. My wife generally cares for the flowers & shrubs apart from Dahlias which are my personal pride and joy.
