my apple and plum tree leaves are curling and producing less fruit than last year

both trees produced good harvest last year and are producing some fruit this year but i noticed that the leaves are curling up and are showing silvery underside of the leaf
is this some sort of pest , i cant see anything on the leaves

This sounds like silver leaf. Google it to confirm, if you have it your trees are dying, there is no cure.
