how do i take ctting from magnolia tree

it is a gordous tree and sent from it and when can i take cutting from it i no it flowers twice a year

Magnolia's are notoriously hard to take from cuttings, hence they are usually grafted or micropropagated.

Species types are raised from seed, or either of the above if a good clone/form.

Cuttings are not impossible however, though you need both time and the right equipment to perform it!

Bottom heat and a mister and at least six months before rooting!
