Not in the US. Many cities have ripped out children playgrounds built of PT lumber due to toxins. It is a known risk to humans.

I have learned that pressure treated wood is soaked in all sorts of chemicals, including arsenic, which, of course, is a poison. We recently built raised beds from composite lumber--which is a recycled material. Here it comes under the brand name Trex.
