Strawberry Plants

I believe and have heard that you shouldnt replace the bag unless it needs it. If you move it you might end up tearing roots thats not good for it, Although my strawberries didnt do good this year,I'm hoping they are just hibernating and will come up next year. i just planted bare roots this year. Anyway The advice comes from a better source than I. (My mother-in-law)
