filling my raised bed

recently ive built a brick raised bed, i know i have to put a liner inside it plus a layer of stones. Do i have to put in a lot of fertaliser in with my soil?? and how much

I'd simply fill it with soil and leave it to sit over winter so that the soil can compact down. Then when you plant in spring you can add fertiliser if needed.

And go for top soil, manure and compost mix. Just Compost will loose nutrients and dry out quicker and it isnt good for long term planting
