I came back from a few days away and my hydrangea was really droopy, 4 buckets of water perked it up

No not yet Nannachris. Wait until Spring, otherwise they would suffer yet more in the frosts. My hydrangea looks pretty sad too, and I'm looking forward to cutting down my hardy fuschia's and the hydrangea too in Spring.
