What is the difference between the anethiodora and foeniculum varieties regarding nectar production for bees?

I wouldn't have thought that there was enough difference between them or indeed any members of this family (Lamiaceae) to cause any concerns over nectar. The bees love them all. If there is a difference that is noticeable, you may need to speak to an authority/apiarist? Sorry, can't help any further.
