I have grown a climbing rose 'Dorthy Perkins' which grows through and is supported by a firethorn. They are both about 10ft high. The rose is fine but the firethorn has died. What do you suggest I do?

I'd prune the rose back, remove the dead pyracantha and place something as a support for the rose - trellis, an obelisk, etc.

How do I say thanks?
