Planting ideas needed please.

I have a small west facing border in which I am planting yellow, red and orange plants. I need an evergreen which grows to no more than 30 inches and bears yellow /orange flowers. Any ideas?

I agree with Terratoonie, There is a lovely Berberis called Darwinnii which has arched stems and lots of flowersof reds/oranges/peach.Grows about 1.5m.
Others to consider, depending on soil condition, the look you are after, when you want it to flower etc, are Japanese Skimma(red berries) 75cm, Azalea's 30/60cm, Hebe Red Edge 60cm, Rhododendron's(careful with sizes), or for a different look Red Barked Dogwood....I've no doubt there are plenty more. Don't forget most evergreens tend to like either fertile or humerous type soil conditions, well drained.

You could google Berberis...
They have orange and yellow flowers, and some are quite small, or could be trimmed to keep a compact shape....
I hope this helps :o)
