Very easily. Cut off new shoots about 4inches long and let the ends dry for a couple of hours, trim off the lower leaves and those little 'wings' at their base. Push them into a pot of potting compost, 4 or 5 around the edge of the pot. Water and wait. Or you can put them in a jam jar of water and watch for new roots then pot them up.
