campanula - blue and white where to plant? Any suggestions...

I bought some campanula - blue and white for my gravel garden but now I'm wondering if I should maybe put them along the back path instead... it gets less sun but dries out quickly so would they do there? I'm trying to grow plants around the paving stones to make it look less of a hard straight line there.

Give them space too, as they will spread over the next couple of years to give a really impressive clump!

In my own experience campanula like water. They would look lovely around the path. I have just transplanted some to my pond area
