Read gardening books and catalogues, making plans for when the sun comes out!
Badfish . . can't wait to see your garden in the Spring - wow!

I revel in the fact that I don't have to water the plants that day.

I don't mind working outdoors in the rain. At work, I work outdoors all night, in all weathers - so working in the garden is no different.

I waited indoors for three deliveries, one of which was plants :-)

No, I never dig with an umbrella [ a spade is better.]I plan what I'm going to plant up next year and look through my RHS books for ideas and make notes. Otherwise I play on the internet!

Not a lot i can do in the garden at work. For one, it makes a real mess and secondly, there's health and safety issues. I did manage to plant 200 Hyacinths and 800 Daffs in the rain yesterday alongside 2 Wisterias and 20 Kniphofia 'Light of the world' and got drenched !!!!
