Pink Tulip suggestions, please. I know it's not the right time to be planting tulips but I came across a couple of photos on the web (http://gardendrum.com/2012/10/09/design-elements-potted-gardens/) that has made me want some pink tulips for next year.
The ones I like the look of are in the top picture - back row, pink with white base - and the deep pink ones in the second picture.
I've attached the photos ...

I can't access the web site you suggest but know of a very pretty pink and white tulip called Angelique.

Did you copy and paste the link Cammomile? It worked fine for me.

So many to choose from.....tall, short, light pink, medium pink, dark pink.....pink with white, or yellow. Double flowers, single flowers, parrots, lilly types, etc.

Best bet is to look through a catalogue and then google the variety. I choose all mine from Parkers http://www.jparkers.co.uk/bulbs-tubers/out-of-season-bulbs/tulips

I like the look of Angelique, Cammomile - I have double whites Cardinal Mindszenty, hoping they will re flower this year.
I've had a look at a couple of suppliers' websites and I think the ones I might try are China Pink (the lily shaped tulip in the pic, I think) and Don Quichotte and/or Barcelona. Also Gabriella and Ice Cream are on the list.

Alnwick Gardens have great swathes of pink tulips planted, thousands I think. Truly spectacular and they are called 'Mistress". I don't think you will want thousands of them but it is a beautiful, traditional shaped tulip.

Added that one to the list though I don't think thousands will fit into my tiny back yard! There's a nice looking sport called Mistress Grey, much paler with a silvery sheen that would go well in my white/pink/lavender colour scheme.

How do I say thanks?
