I have a Giant spotted Calla Lily(Zantedeschia sp) that the tuber got broken in two in the post I planted them both in the same tub and they have both started to grow they have one large spotted leaf and another just about to come through how do I separate them into different tubs without damaging them

If they each have a separate growing point or leaf, you should be able to neatly cut through the tuber with a sharp knife. However, I'd advise keeping them in the same pot until you've enjoyed the flowers this year and then you can pot up the tubers separately next year.
Don't forget that apart from the ordinary large white arums, most Zantesdeschias are susceptible to frost so bring them in to protect them during winter.
