GoY simply wouldn't let me log in - no idea why, in the end I simply gave up. Much better than I was now that my heart is functioning properly but need to gain some weight and, more particularly, muscle.

Hi, Mgcarol, now that the good weather is here I'm sure you will be able to get back into the swing of things very soon. Perhaps get your other half to knock up a few helpings of lamb stew and dumplings or steak and kidney puddings. I know they are not very healthy but they do give you a boost and make you feel good.

I could not believe you had to re register to join in GOY. I was concerned that your valuable blogs would have been removed. I have checked and they can still be accessed under Moon_grower. I sent you a pm to see if that still works. I'm not sure that the "boys" still run the website or if it has been gobbled up by a bigger fish.

Glad you're well and back on GOY. So all of your blogs and photos have disappeared too? What a pain.

BTW - lamb stew with gravy carrots, potatoes & dumplings! nothing better!
