Agave americana (century plant).

Looks more like a Phormium than an Agave to me - Agave leaves are more succulent and the flowers tend to be bell shaped

This spurred me to look up the Agave as they don't look like Phormium flower spikes to me and I have to agree with Longleaf. Agave americana.

Definitely Agaves, but I'm not so sure of them being A. americana. I'm not seeing thorns along the leaf edges, and the flower color and spike size is more like A. desmettiana.
