Repotting this plant about 2months ago as it was looking sparse! Recently it has flowered about the same time as losing its leaves! Is this usual?

not sure what it is but I wouldn't worry. Flowering may be due to it getting more nutrients after it was repotted and the leaf colour looks right for this time of year.

Funnily enough my Viburnum Kilimanjaro has also started to flower again … normally dormant until April.
