Just be careful not to walk where you have planted them... There is still plenty of time for them to come through.

Newly planted bulbs are often a bit later growing as they haven't got going quite as early as those from previous years. A friend of mine planted Daffodils in Feb and had them in flower in June!! They will settle down next year.

Another thought November is late to plant any daffodil bulbs so yes they will be late to appear.

Moon Grower's right, that is very late indeed to plant daffodils - they really prefer to be in the ground by the end of August, and certainly by early September, unlike tulips, which do better if not planted till November. Hopefully they'll flower eventually, but obviously much later.

Just interested in where you got the bulbs - I have a friend who planted some in tubs in the autumn and says they have all rotted.

Possibly got too wet Steragram and then froze, that will destroy most bulbs.

Mine are up and flowering in abundance....we're in Bournemouth, it's been very cold here until the last couple of days - been out in the garden almost all weekend - the sunshine was lovely and warm, their little yellow heads bobbing in the breeze - definately my favourite of hte season.
