Great bargain - I'm trying to find more space for more Daffodils, they really say spring to me.

What a wonderful well structured garden, colour, shape, space.
Is that a topiary bunny to the left ?
Like any good garden you have never seen it all, there is always a little gem waiting to be discovered.

Such a lovely view, beautiful colours. I can imagine myself sitting on that seat watching the birds.

Lovely garden and so much work put into it. The daffodils add a splash of colour but the topiary work and shrubs create form in this wonderful space.

Thanks everyone for your kind comments.
The topiary on the left is actually a peacock - but my husband thought they had two plumes! It's a "special" peacock he says!
The yew started as a small plant in a pot - I bought it because I was told it was slow-growing. We put it into the ground and it went whoosh.... and grew several inches in one season - no longer pot-bound. It either had to go or be curbed in someway. Its shape leant itself to becoming a rather large peacock!

it looks like a rabbits head with two large ears.

The daffs and primula are welcoming spring to the garden. Looks wonderful. Life before the leaves. :-)
