i have a lot of ether toadstools or mushrooms in my lawn at the back of the house,they are all brown in colour and look like dead leaves,how can i get rid of them can i get some weed killer or something to put on them and if i can where can i get it?

They are due to the (very) damp weather we've suffered. I have lots as well, and I've raked them up and disposed of them (not composted, though). I also found a lot growing in the gravel drive and cleared them off with the rake.

No, I don't think so and anyway once they were dead you'd still have to remove them, wouldn't you! They aren't weeds, so no weedkiller is going to have any effect on them.
