i bought a rose from the local garden centre and the name of it (try not to laugh so hard that you fall off your chair) is Sexy Rexy. now ive looked in my books and cannot find it, i would say it has about 30+ petals and its a beautiful light pink. has anyone heard of this rose before?

Yes it's a well known rose and has been around since the mid 1980s. Lots of blooms and a very good choice.

It's one of my favorites, due to its characteristics, though I still snicker privately over the name! Not much help to the people in the UK, but it is one of the most heat tolerant.

Would just like to say thank you to all who knew this rose and was able to help me one way or the other even when they thought they hadn't. :o)

Yes, it is in the catalogue from my local rose specialist James Cocker & Sons, Aberdeen. It is described there as a floribunda - "flamboyant and saucily named".
The catalogue goes on to say it has perfect blooms in exceptional numbers on large trusses. Seems like a good choice.
