Some close up of differing leaves on shrub as per my earlier question.
Light isn't great....indoor light creating too much reflection and outdoors is gray and miserable!!

Well now I've seen a spiny rather than toothed leaf, I'd agree with whoever said they thought it was Holly - check out Ilex J.C. van Tol, I reckon its that.
