Honeysuckle ... root regrowth ???

Honeysuckle .. Root regrowth ?
I've dug up and relocated a Lonicera Darts World ...
It had been planted only 6 months, but already roots had spread downwards and outwards.
I could not dig out every piece of root ... will those roots die off ... or will they make new plants ? I don't want the climber to re-grow there ....
Thanks in advance for answering my question. :o)

Thanks Moongrower ..
These are not fibrous roots ... there are about five of them, I guess ... a bit thinner than a pencil, but they have gone under paving which would be a major task to remove ..
I would like to plant another climber in the same location this weekend .. .. As time goes on, I'll keep a look-out for baby loniceras and do as you suggest ... removing them at about 6 inches tall... will that method result in those roots eventually dying off ?
Thank you ...

If they are tiny rootlets you shouldn't have a problem, larger pieces of root will regrow but you can usually pull them out when the growth is about 6 inches tall
